Committees:
1. The Grand Commander is an Ex Officio Member of each committee and will be given a schedule of meetings or receive advance notice when possible. He may appoint a NH Grand Commandery Dais Officer to represent him in the same capacity.
2. Every Committee will keep minutes of each meeting. All minutes are to be signed by the Committee Chair or, if absent, the presiding committee member.
3. Minutes will be included in the ANNUAL REPORT.
4. A TOTAL Package will be submitted by the Chairman a MINIMUM of TWO (2) WEEKS PRIOR to the Annual BUSINESS Conclave too the Grand Commander and Grand Recorder. If work was accomplished in conjunction with another committee or committees, each committee will receive a copy of applicable areas of work for their individual Committee report from the Committee agreed upon by them in conference.
5. Co-Operation between committees is essential.
6. In the event it becomes necessary to change the report before the Annual Convocation, a supplement shall be submitted and forwarded as in Committee directive #4.
